1. About Our Services

Travansa Holidays provides travel-related services including holiday packages, accommodation arrangements, visa processing assistance, ticketing, travel assistance and related services.

Services may be provided directly by Travansa Holidays or through selected airlines, hotels, resorts, transport providers, visa authorities, tour operators and other third-party service providers.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Travansa Holidays or the relevant service provider.

Prices, availability and package inclusions may change until the booking is confirmed.

3. Payments

Customers are responsible for making payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to make payments within the specified period may result in cancellation or changes to the booking.

Any applicable bank charges, transaction fees, taxes or service charges may be payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Prices & Inclusions

Package prices and service charges will be communicated at the time of enquiry or booking.

Unless specifically stated, prices may not include:

• Visa fees
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses
• Meals not mentioned in the itinerary
• Additional transportation
• Entry tickets
• Tourism taxes or local charges
• Airline baggage charges
• Other optional services

The final inclusions will be those specifically mentioned in the confirmed booking or itinerary.

5. Changes & Amendments

Requests to change travel dates, accommodation, flights, destinations, passenger details or other booking components are subject to availability and the applicable terms of the respective service provider.

Additional charges may apply for amendments.

Travansa Holidays will make reasonable efforts to assist with requested changes but cannot guarantee that every amendment can be accommodated.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary depending on the airline, hotel, resort, tour operator, visa service or other supplier involved.

Applicable cancellation charges will be communicated wherever possible before confirmation.

Some bookings may be partially refundable or completely non-refundable.

Any refund received from a third-party supplier will be processed to the customer after deduction of applicable charges and service fees.

7. Flights & Ticketing

Flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, seat availability and other airline conditions are determined by the respective airline.

Travansa Holidays is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections or operational decisions made by airlines.

Customers are responsible for checking their travel documents, flight details and baggage requirements before departure.

8. Visa Assistance

Travansa Holidays may provide visa processing and documentation assistance.

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government department.

Travansa Holidays cannot guarantee visa approval.

Visa fees, application fees and other charges may be non-refundable regardless of the outcome of an application.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and genuine documents and information.

9. Accommodation

Hotel and resort bookings are subject to the policies of the respective property.

Room types, facilities, meal plans, check-in/check-out times and other amenities are determined by the accommodation provider.

Photographs and descriptions displayed on our website are intended for general information and may differ slightly from the actual property or room.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal and travel information
• Ensuring passports and travel documents are valid
• Obtaining required visas and permits
• Following airline, hotel and destination regulations
• Arriving on time for flights, transfers and activities
• Following local laws and regulations
• Informing us of relevant travel requirements before booking

Travansa Holidays will not be responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

11. Travel Documents

Customers must ensure that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, tickets, insurance and other documents required for their journey.

Travansa Holidays may provide guidance but customers remain ultimately responsible for ensuring that their travel documents meet the requirements of the destination.

12. Third-Party Services

Certain services displayed or arranged by Travansa Holidays may be supplied by independent third parties.

Their own terms, cancellation policies and conditions may apply.

Travansa Holidays will make reasonable efforts to work with customers and suppliers to resolve service-related issues but cannot guarantee the performance of independent third-party providers.

13. Force Majeure

Travansa Holidays shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, political disturbances, strikes, government restrictions, extreme weather, airline disruptions or other unforeseen events.

14. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.

However, destination information, prices, availability, hotel facilities, travel schedules and other details may change without prior notice.

Website content should not be considered a guarantee of availability or service delivery.

15. Website Use
